Aaradhna (Ah-rod-nah) is a 26-year-old soul singer. First signed to a recording deal at the age of 16, she’s previously had two other #1 singles in 2004-2005 and is a platinum-selling R&B/soul artist in her home country of New Zealand.

Aaradhna found influence for her sound (which she calls “retro/metro”) from some of the greats, such as Ruth Brown, LaVern Baker, Otis Redding, Sam Cooke and Little Anthony and the Imperials. As a result, her writing has elevated and her knack for hypnotizing harmonies has been amplified. Her silky voice over that doo-wop style, and a newfound attitude partnered with old-school soul certain proves that Aaradhna and her music ‘go good together’.

Signed directly by Avery Lipman (president of Republic Records) to a five album deal, Aaradhna, with her honest and straight to the point songwriting is set to follow in the footsteps of contemporary soul divas Amy Winehouse, Adele and Duffy, with her own unique Pacific edge.
